Families not wanting to unnecessarily institutionalize their loved ones, are pleased to discover their options. Advent House, Cameo Place and Serenity offer room and board, housekeeping and laundry services, as well as companionship and other services for frail elderly.
We contract for services that a retirement home or boarding home would offer, yet we enable and encourage "aging in place" by allowing families to contract with other entities. We realize that seniors have special needs. This is why we invite doctors, therapists, home health, attendants, nurse practitioners, nurses, hospice and a host of other professionals to our homes. Mobil x-ray, blood draws and other labs can also be done in the comfort of your home. Except for personal care attendants, the above services are usually covered by Medicare when accompanied with doctor's orders.
